Phase 1 or Phase 2Shirataki Noodles are made from a special Japanese Yam Fiber. Consumed traditionally in most East Asian cultures; Shirataki is high in fiber and low-fat and low-carb. Tofu Shirataki has tofu infused into it for added protein and softer noodle texture - just like traditional Asian noodles. Great for use in hot-pot; in soup noodles; as pastas; or cut them up to use them in soups and broths instead of high carb pastas. Easy to cook - ready in 2-3 minutes.

Ingredeints: Water, TOFU ( Water, soybeans, calcium sulphate, glucono delta lacton ), yam flour, calcium hydroxide.
